We're pleased to announce our involvement in the delivery of Gateway One, a flagship £32 million development in the heart of Doncaster city centre. Brebur has been working alongside its supply chain partner Etex and associated companies Siniat, Remagin, and Promat, to bring the project to life for long-standing client Willmott Dixon and Doncaster Council.

Situated adjacent to Doncaster railway station, Gateway One will serve as the city’s new digital and technology hub. The five-storey, 52,000 sq ft Grade A office building represents a major investment in the town’s future and forms a central part of Doncaster’s wider regeneration and digital growth strategy.

Designed with sustainability at its core, the development is targeting net zero carbon in operation. It is also aiming to achieve EPC A and BREEAM Excellent ratings, underlining its strong environmental credentials and commitment to high-performance, energy-efficient construction.

Gateway One is expected to play a pivotal role in attracting digital and technology businesses to the region, supporting job creation and driving long-term economic growth. Its prime city centre location is intended to strengthen connectivity and enhance Doncaster’s appeal as a forward-looking business destination.
